Based on the needs of refugees and the capacities of the organisation, Jesuit Refugee Service staff provide a broad range of services (education, emergency relief assistance, healthcare, human rights protection, livelihoods, pastoral care and social services and peace building programmes) to more than 500,000 refugees and other forcibly displaced persons worldwide. These services are made available to refugees and displaced persons regardless of their race, ethnic origin, or religious beliefs.
